The program covers all expenses including maintenance, repair, insurance, and tax and registration fees. The program also supplies replacement cars throughout the contract period without the need to pay the initial payment, allowing clients to drive with confidence and with peace of mind. After their contract ends, customers have the choice to either return or retain the vehicle. “StarChoice” is, hence, a solution that combines ease with comprehensive financial management.
Financial products and refinances
In addition to “StarChoice”, Mercedes-Benz Mobility rolls out financial products and refinances. Financial products allow customers to manage their finances more easily over time, and refinances offer to enhance the value of their vehicles through refinancing. Customers can convert their Mercedes-Benz car into a maximum of 4 million baht with fixed interest rate and a repayment period up to 5 years.
Insurance services
Deliver quality and safety with a higher level of insurance coverage through Mercedes-Benz Protection, which offers Mercedes-Benz car insurance plan with comprehensive protection including genuine spare parts for up to 7 years and repair at Mercedes-Benz’s authorized dealer and Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Car for up to 20 days per year. This is insured by Viriyah Insurance and Thaisri Insurance, as well as AXA Insurance and Falcon Insurance, the latter who of which joins Mercedes-Benz in 2022. Customers can use digital platforms to flexibly select the insurance plan that best meets their needs only for Mercedes-Benz customers at anytime and anywhere.
Promotional program for existing customers
Mercedes-Benz Mobility offers a promotional loyalty program, with a discount of up to 200,000 baht[1] for existing customers who close at least one contract with Mercedes-Benz Mobility and choose to sign a new contract with the company.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz Mobility offers a digital, seamless and flexible customer service via the Mercedes me Finance application. Customers can access all their financial contract movements, transaction information, download barcodes for payment and amend personal information and efficiently at their own convenience.
