Toyota Motor Thailand has announced to implement changes of the board of directors by appointing Mr. Kalin Sarasin as the new “Chairman of The Board”, replacing Mr. Ninnart Chaithirapinyo who completed his term on March 31st, 2023. This change is effective from April 1st, 2023 onwards
Mr. Ninnart Chaithirapinyo had been served as the Chairman of the Board of Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. more than 6 years since 2017. During his tenure as Chairman of the Board,
Mr. Ninnart has contributed significantly to the company in terms of management, which has enabled Toyota Motor Thailand to maintain the position as a leading company in Thailand. As of April 1st, 2023, Mr. Ninnart has been officially appointed as a “Honorary Executive Advisor” of the company, replacing Mr. Pramon Sutivong who had been retired.
Mr. Kalin Sarasin is currently serving as Senior Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Advisor to President and CEO of Siam Cement Group. Due to his knowledge, abilities, and experiences, he has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd., effective from April 1st, 2023 onwards.
