BMW Thailand continues its commitment to providing customers with complete peace of mind and the best value for money, with premium services through specifically designed BMW Service Inclusive Packages. The packages will offer customers the benefits and premium quality of maintenance services delivered by skilled technicians with authentic BMW parts while being worry-free regarding maintenance costs. However, external factors relating to the global economy, such as continued inflation and rising interest rates throughout the world, have resulted in price adjustments for some packages – which will be maintained at the same prices until 30 October 2022.

This pricing adjustment will not only provide customers with superior service in the packages but will also give them the best value, with attentive service both online and offline at lower prices within the overall premium market.”
Customers will also realise a perfect driving experience on every journey nationwide, with speedy and quality service through BMW Roadside Assistance from BMW authorised dealers. Temporary replacement will be arranged if the service cannot be completed within 48 hours or up to five days – three weekdays and a weekend (service limited to Bangkok only). In the case where the vehicle is immobilized more than 100 km from their residence, customers can select either getting a replacement or tickets for public transport – including air tickets.
The BSI package price for selected BMW models to be delivered beginning 1 November 2022, will be adjusted, with the BSI Standard package offering up to 3 years/60,000 km of maintenance and an unlimited mileage warranty for up to 3 years, and customers could choose to upgrade to the BSI Ultimate package offering up to 5 years/100,000 km of maintenance and an unlimited mileage warranty for up to 5 years. Customers can also enjoy the BSI Standard package up to four years of unlimited mileage warranty and eight years of warranty for the high-voltage battery for BEV Models.
