Throughout his 13 years here at Suzuki, he has dedicated his heart and soul in to building a strong working team. He also took part in the forming of the company and laying down the business foundation for Suzuki, right at the beginning when Suzuki’s first automotive factory was established in Pluak Daeng district, Rayong province. He further laid out strategic plans to magnify confidence among customers and to provide more comfortability by expanding the number of showrooms to cover 127 branches nationwide. Mr. Wallop also upgraded Suzuki’s before and after sales services to ensure that customers received excellent services continuously after becoming an owner of a Suzuki vehicle, as part of the larger “SUZUKI Cause We Care – More than care is the understanding of every need” campaign.

He went on to initiate the ‘bringing happiness to the Thai society’ concept, in which Suzuki has become the key player in CSR campaigns continually through the “SUZUKI Cause We Care” project, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suzuki has joined hands with various stakeholders to create the “Carry Biosafety” vehicle, which is a Covid-19 mobile testing unit that offers one and three-way swabbing. The SUZUKI Carry to Your Home is another campaign example under the project, where Suzuki Carry was transformed into a vehicle for negative pressure mobile beds to provide comfortability and safety to both the patient and healthcare giver en route back to the patient’s hometown for treatments and recovery.
Mr. Wallop further laid down modern marketing strategy which brought about more confidence and acceptance in the quality of Suzuki’s vehicles.
